What kind of plant is this? I’ve had this “friendship fern” for over 10 years. They grow little shoots you can cut and replant. And they actually are great to cut and give to friends!! Thanks for your help!

Help!! Why is this monstera stem (flappy part) turning yellow? Rest of the plant is fine, but that one stem and the leaf seems droopy. I’m new to this plant and don’t want my plant to die! Thank you!!
